Two questions before you buy the model

Both are about your own data, not the vendor. First: could you reconstruct, twelve months from now, what the system was shown before it answered. Second: who signed the answer.
If either question has no owner, the procurement is early regardless of how good the model is.
Notes are not revised after publication. Where one is overtaken by events, a later note says so rather than the earlier one changing.
